What changes when SRT becomes SUP?
SRT contains editable text and timestamps. SUP contains rendered images of each subtitle cue, so appearance is fixed in the output. Match the resolution to your video. Converting SUP back to text later requires OCR and may introduce recognition errors.
Do my subtitle files leave my device?
No. Subtitle processing happens in your browser. OCR models may be downloaded, but your subtitle files are not sent to our server.
